Queen Rania of Jordan, to The Royal Family of Al Sabah, Al Khalifa and Al Saud in the Arabian Gulf to Barack Obama,
Nicholas Sarkozy and Vladimir Putin in the West and back in India, world renowned cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, Ambani family and the likes.
I am the Brand Ambassador of Ecuadorian cocoa in India, appointed by The Consulate of Ecuador in Mumbai. As an author, I launched - 'Celebrate Life, Food and Wine' on an unusual subject of 'Pairing Indian flavor notes with Indian wines' that garnered rave reviews. I flagged off 2016 with my association with PepsiCo India and led their PepsiCo Flavor Lab at the Make in India Week, Mumbai. Also, represented India to Viet Nam Cocoa Revolution, Saigon.
More, recently I launched my dream project- 'barcode- artisanal chocolates' at Lonely Planet Magazine India Travel Awards. barcode celebrates 'Incredible India' with each volume being dedicated to 6 Indian States. India being a federal union of 29 states, 29 flavor-codes representing each state been created giving each bar an exquisite, indigenous profile.
